- Add minimal Fuzix instructions to User Guide
- Enable CTC auto-detect by default for RCBus. It causes no problems to auto-detect it and it will stop a CTC from generating unexpected interrupts after a soft restart.
- Upgrade `SUPERSUB` to v1.3 (previously v1.1)
