Wayne Warthen 6ac68029e4 VDC Test Programs

- Add kbdtest, cvdtest, and cvdonly test programs.  They apply to MBC platform only.
- Display more boot info in CVDU and KBD drivers.
- Separate floppy and hard disk content definition files.
