This is the registered distribution disk for TASM - the Telemark Assembler.
The files on the disk are: 

Readme.1st        - This file
Tasm32.zip        - TASM distribution archive, Version 3.2

To extract the archive use pkunzip or pkzip for windows and extract 
into the desired directory for TASM.
